Thursday, January 27, 2011. Earlier this winter I had hoped for enough snow this year to be able to pull Audrey around the yard in her sled. Turns out we have the opposite problem; too much snow makes it impossible to actually move the sled. Thursday, June 2, 2011. We decided to travel this Memorial Day weekend and visit some of our bestest friends! Our first stop was Brooklyn to have brunch with Brynnemarie. Afterwards we drove to Central Park (1.5 hours! To see a play (Twelfth Night by the Spontaneous Shakespeare Players) that Brynnemarie's roommate was performing in. Thursday, April 21, 2011. Getting Ready for Easter! We did some pre-easter decorating and baking at Mama and Papa's house this past Sunday. Needless to say, eating the bunny cookies was definately Audrey's favorite part. She is definately my daughter! Friday, April 15, 2011. Audrey's First Blog Entry. Sunday, May 22, 2011. First Beach Day of 2011. After a week of rain, we were delighted that the sun came out, and on a weekend nonetheless! We decided to treat Audrey to a quick trip to the beach and ourselves to one of our favorite Newport restaurants, The Brick Alley Pub. Sunday, November 14, 2010. Audrey passed her 18 month checkup with flying colors! Although she is now 19 months and 9 days old (just a little behind on the check-up schedule! The pediatrician was super pleased with her physical, emotional and mental development. He gave her a BIG complement by saying she was one of the nicest babies he has met yet! Monday, August 10, 2015. We went to the OP Arboretum a couple times this summer and it did not disappoint. The mild, wet weather meant everything was so green! I forgot to post these pictures from earlier this summer. I'm already longing for the lazy days of summer and we haven't been back to school a week!
