Tech stuff… for lazy people. FreeBSD 10.1 and PHP 5.6 – Apache Not loading PHP Modules. July 2, 2015. July 2, 2015. Starting to provision a replacement server for an older one, and I stumbled upon a weird problem. Once everything installed, Apache would only serve 5 or so PHP modules. Everything else wasn’t loaded through Apache, but was through the CLI. php -i and php -m clearly showed everything was compiled in and loaded, and entensions.ini had all the modules, obviously. Apache not loading php modules.

What used to be a kickass software to run your own “cloud” has now deteriorated into an abyss of fails. Basic plugins are no longer included, you can’t migrate data from one version to the other, and it’s plagued by basic function mismanagement, errors, coding failures and their web hosting problems.
