The women behind Off the Line Vineyard are Kristina Studzinski and Ann-Marie Tynan who are civil partners. They currently live together in Heathfield. Before settling in Sussex, they lived in south west London for a number of years. Their shared passion for wine led them to pursue the idea of setting up a vineyard and producing wines of their own. When she isn't advancing her knowledge of viticulture, wine and winemaking, Kristina enjoys good food and wine, riding her purple Vespa, writing and modern art.

Our plans for the vineyard are raw, and continue to develop. But we're pretty clear about our ultimate ambition. Our focus will be on producing red and rose wines, as part of a wider range. Our dream is to create an outstanding Pinot noir that really expresses our unique Sussex terroir. In years to come, we hope we'll look back and be able to say that we've achieved something worthwhile and brought something new to English wine. We'll be blogging about our progress as our vision takes shape.

Summer 2016 is nearly here, spring sprung long ago. Winter through to spring has seen many changes in the vineyard some resulting from the seasons and some from vineyard management decisions.
