A colleague of mine who also has Celiac Disease informed me of a restaurant in West Jordan, UT that serves GF waffles. The restaurant is called The Red Rooster Waffle Company. She told me the waffles were delicious! Xooroo makes gourmet gluten-free churros. Is a company I found on a website that makes gourmet churros. They just so happen to make a gluten-free version as well. WOOT! I came across a recipe for Migas.
