Thursday, 16 August 2012. Stickiest Lemon Cake Ever! With lots of syrup:). Don't you just want to smash your face into that? My favorite critic and taster! Zest of 1 lemon. 175g self raising flour. 1 cake tin buttered or lined. Juice of 1 and a half lemons. To Make The Cake:. Preheat your oven to 180 C/ gas mark 4. Cream together butter and sugar and add eggs and lemon zest, beating them in well. Gently fold in the flour and the salt, mixing thoroughly and then add the milk. Serve or eat with weak.

Wednesday, 1 May 2013. The days of eating like a pig and eating pretty much everything i wanted were slowly and cruelly coming to an end. Everyday i looked at my waistline and cringed, while my training shoes lay in a heap in the corner guiltily ignored. Tomorrow is another day, became my motto. So on the last day that dawned in Bangalore, i forced Solo and Carol to come out with me for a continental dinner because i so desperately needed to eat cheese and pasta with loads of butter before time ran out!

Tuesday, 28 August 2012. Mission Menu and Tasting. So on a day that looked like this, we got together at gatty's cafe to add some more items to his existing menu so to get ready for the upcoming tourist season. I taught them how to make stuffed garlic bread. Rice, bean and bacon burritos. Pita Bread in an Oven. And succulent falafels with my kind of hummus :). It was quite awesome if i may say so :)and was devoured by the guests we had invited for the trials! Posted by Sweta Pradhan.
