Initially we included the approximate route we took … but it got a bit complicated, especially as Google Maps didn’t recognise a lot of smaller roads / tracks. As we’re out watching the storm and taking photographs the driver approaches, his adrenalin-fuelled grin almost as wide as the brim of his cowhide hat. He tells us his story:.
