The Turkish-Austrian composer Oğuz Usman was born in 1983 in Yalova, Turkey. Wenn he was eleven years old, he begann his musical training with private lessons, and in 1996 he entered the State Conservatory of Istanbul University, where he studied clarinet and composition.
