Sunday, October 30, 2005. A fortnight to go, one week of work left. Felt like it was time to write another entry. Have half-achieved several things this week, I have got quotes for dentists and dry cleaners, but haven't made an appointment yet. Similarly I brought the odd thing to take yesterday, but haven't got everything, and probably not the most important things. Last week was OK, just a little jaded from working the weird hours. Tales Straight Out of Nihon. Experience with b-mobile anyone? Sep 25th, 2012 at 1:26 AM. I've been in Japan for many years now. When traveling I really need the functions of a smartphone, but what kept me from getting one until now was that stupid 2-year contract that all providers in Japan offer. I never knew if I'd stay long enough and on top of that I knew that I wouldn't be able to use the phone back home (stupid SIM-lock). Anyways, I'm looking for the best option in my situation. I can't offer any a...

Tales Straight Out of Nihon. Flea/tick medicine for dogs in Japan - are overseas brands ok to use here? May 19th, 2013 at 11:23 PM. I want to get some flea/tick prevention medicine for my mini-dachshund, and I would like to use the same brand I used on my dog back in the States. I know there is similar medicine available here, but I'd rather use the brand I'm familiar with (and can get cheaper than a lot of the medicine here). 2 comments Leave a comment.
