Sunday, July 20, 2014. This summer has also been marked by a very unique experience for our family. I would call it difficult, but I feel like there have been so many blessings that I can't just classify it in the negative. So here goes:. The first Saturday of summer Jaxon and Madison had their first official swim meet. They both did great and qualified for "a" regionals! A" regionals is the final meet for our region- comprised of 14 teams. They have to get a certain time to qualify to for the meet.

Tuesday, April 22, 2014. We had a long winter this year and spring is finally here! I know the rest of the country had a terrible winter. I shouldn't complain because a hard Texas winter is nothing compared to most places, but when we have to put up with the ridiculous heat all summer, I think we are entitled to mild winters! It's been a nice spring, though, and we've been enjoying spending time outside. The big kids wore their slings to school for April Fool's day. They thought they were super funny.

It looks so much better now! I want to get going on the rest of the house, but I need to be patient! She is working hard a listening. After her first and second day of activation, we took our Nana (my mom) to the third day. Nana has watched the brothers while we had all the appointments.
