He had purchased a three story brick home next to his own. The house remains unsold. Leon died of cancer about 2 years ago. They are figuring out what to do with it.

The chinese restaurants and fast food joints have ruined pork. Particularly the potential for Pork Chili. You've got to broil the pork. ribs, steaks, loins, chops. Then drain the fat and chop it up. For the chili you've got to sautee onions and peppers until the onions are a bit caramelized.

They are open again. But the doctor told me to stop drinking. I have stopped drinking. I was not a heavy drinker.
