26 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed. 3 tablespoons real butter, melted. 2 (6-ounce) packages white chocolate squares. 189; cup whipping cream. 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with vegetable cooking spray. In bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom of springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs (one at a time); mix well.
