Having been associated with Beis Hamedrash Ohr Chodosh since its establishment in 5760/2000, Dayan Menachem Gelley Shlita, Dayan of the London Beis Din, officially joined the Beis Hamedrash as Shul Rov, Shabbos Parshas Beshalach 5764/2004. Dayan Gelley Shlita spent 12 years in Gateshead Kollel, where he received semicha from the Gateshead Rov ztl and Harav Tuvia Weiss shlita, Av Beis Din of the Eide Charaidis in Yerusholayim.
