Hot pot, yummmmm. It's a Sichuan speciality, so of course we have to eat it. It's chinese fondue essentially, minus the cheese, and add some spicy broth. You get your stock, they light up a burner under it, and you order all of your meat and veggies for you to cook in your broth. The food here is very tasty, but it does not fall into the heart healthy category! Once you cook up your food you can dip it I'm your sesame oil, garlic, and cilantro mixture. Then enjoy! JB and I just spent the week in Indonesia and Singapore! More on our awesome trip and how much JB hates the tropical heat later! But at the end of the trip I had my 21 week ultrasound found out that we are having a GIRL! D and I are excited! JB on the other hand has no idea what a baby is, and I'm sure he won't be too thrilled at the idea of sharing attention! So this means I have 18 weeks to stock up on lots of lace and pink!
