Thursday, December 11, 2008. Lesson learned- don't use q-tips. I was researching on the internet and there are tons of stories where people get them lodged in thier ear and suffer temporary and in some cases permanent hearing loss. Friday, May 30, 2008. The other night.around 11ish I'd say, while Adam was trying to go to sleep I started a conversation about names. I think it started when we both couldn't remember a friend's brother's name. His name is Michael, and its weird that we couldn't remember it since that is Adam's middle name. Friday, January 9, 2009. Just call me a slacker. I haven't written on here in almost a month. I think I forgot that we even had a blog. Oh well. We had a very eventful holiday break. We took off to Alabama for 12 whole days and the best part is that Adam only had to use 3 vacation days for it.whew hew! We pretty much saw everyone of our family members and a lot of old friends. I went for a run yesterday at Willow Springs and although I have already been out there 3 times to pick blackberries I saw some huge ones that I could not resist. I have told my students (and parents in the note attached to the bag) that they should bring things that tell something about them, not simply a toy that they think is cool.
