Jason gave our renter a 30 day notice and was even nice enough to find a new renter that was going to be paying $200 more a month than we were. So here we are, in our new house! We have a few things we want to do to make it our own home, and our first project was the painting of 2 rooms and removing some wall papper. Nothing, right? He gave us some great advice that made the project so much easier.
