Sunday, January 30, 2011. Vogue 7044 - The coat-cape continues. There have been a few setbacks in my cape-coat-cape, I'm sad to report. First, I can't seem to get past the interfaced sleeves issue. Second, I threw away my scrap fabric. I cut out the center back facing piece. Genius. But I have managed to plod forward, despite all odds, and hope to have something pretty to show for it soon. I wrote the gory details, as well as a little tip on completing bound buttonholes, here. She did a wonderful job!
