This is a diary of our time living in Lagos. I hope it helps to keep us in contact with our families and friends in Norway, the UK and elsewhere. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. On Sunday we went to the SOS Children's Village Isolo. On the way to make the point! Each house has a "mother" and an "aunt" looks after two adjacent hou...There...

This is a diary of our time living in Lagos. I hope it helps to keep us in contact with our families and friends in Norway, the UK and elsewhere. Saturday, September 29, 2007. The last Saturday of the month is Environmental day, where everyone has to stay in their compounds until 10am to clean. This meant that Daniel's soccer was delayed to 11am. He kicked up a fuss about going, but enjoyed it when he got there. Friday, September 28, 2007. While Inger-Lise was with Mathilde, Erik and Daniel were watching...

This is a diary of our time living in Lagos. I hope it helps to keep us in contact with our families and friends in Norway, the UK and elsewhere. Monday, October 29, 2007. This is a diary of our time living in Lagos. I hope it helps to keep us in contact with our families and friends in Norway, the UK and elsewhere. Saturday, March 08, 2008. This morning, Daniel had Baseball as usual. I had to postpone the Den meeting until 5:15 pm due to a conference going on at the school, so that meant that I could watch Daniel playing for a change. Erik played right after Daniel and he played quite well but the team didn't do very well - too many of them got 3 strikes. While Daniel pla...

Levers@Lagos: February 2008
http://leverslagos.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
This is a diary of our time living in Lagos. I hope it helps to keep us in contact with our families and friends in Norway, the UK and elsewhere. Thursday, February 28, 2008. Yesterday was Inger-Lise's birthday. In the morning she got her traditional breakfast in bed, complete with Norwegian chocolate brought over by Tor Christian's wife, Rita. Erik and Daniel insisted on carrying candles into the bedroom and we sang her Happy Birthday. We gave her two wooden statutes as a present. First stop was Havana.
