It is with sadness and regret. that I tell you that we have lost General Norman Schwarzkopf today at the age of 78 in Tampa, Florida. General Schwarzkopf was the commander of the coalition forces that successfully prosecuted the First Gulf War to drive Iraq out of Kuwait, in 1991. He will be missed by all, by the soldiers he commanded, by the citizens like me who respected him for his service, but by none more so than his family. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers this day. And drowning in grief.

The Pentagon announced TODAY the formation of a new 500-man elite fighting unit called the United States Redneck Special Forces (USRSF). These boys will be dropped off in Iraq and have been given only the following facts about terrorists :. 1 The "season" opened today. 2 There is no bag limit. 3 They taste just like chicken. 4 They don't like beer, pickups, country music or Jesus. An Islamic court in Saudi Arabia has sentenced a man to death for renouncing his Muslim faith, the English-language daily Saudi Gazette reported on Tuesday. The man, in his 20s, posted an online video ripping up a copy of Islam's holy book, the Koran, and hitting it with a shoe, the newspaper reported.
