Just an Old Guy's Rambling. Thursday, September 14, 2017. It was about this time of day nine years ago. My blood pressure was on the high side of 180’s/110’s. You see I was in a hospital bed waiting for 6AM tomorrow morning. I would be going into the operating room for quadruple bypass surgery. I remember this wonderful nurse rubbing my arm and patting my chest telling me to relax and it would all be over tomorrow. She was not getting any sleep. We’ll take care of it down stairs. You see it was my 64.
