Old Louisville Neighborhood Council presents:. Join us in our beautiful neighborhood! It's the country's 3rd largest historic preservation district! The Holiday Boutique and your tickets will be at The Woman's Club, 1320 S. 4th St, Louisville, KY 40208. A parking lot is available at 4th St and Ormsby Ave, or on any of the nearby streets. After you pickup your tickets, you may use the free shuttles, or walk to the houses on the tour. Driving Directions and Map. From I-65 exit #135 at St. Catherine St.
