Some of my favourite photography experiences. Bird Boxes For Sale. Close up with nature. End of the Nesting season. Spotted Flycatcher parent on nest incubating 4 eggs. The parents had nested on a large tower around 100m away which had failed. What was interesting is that the birds were a lot more skittish when the nest was lower in the second nesting attempt about 3m of the ground as apposed to 10m but even more when there were young chicks (1 or 2 days old). Robin eggs (From 2 metres back). Red kite - 1.

Lessons they do NOT teach in med school- I. Mar 4th, 2014 at 8:27 PM. This is a brief summary of the things that I have seen so far on rotations that they do NOT teach you in medical school. This applies to everything from reading an x-ray, to ...

Friday, December 27, 2013. Dealing with Injuries: How to Stay Healthy Enough to Keep Training. We always risk injury whenever we engage in physical activity, and age exasperates the problem. Back in my ultrarunning days, I'd celebrate any day I felt 80% or better. I grew accustomed to rolling out of bed with aching knees, busted up toes, bruised feet, and a stiff back.
