My Old Recipe Book. Re-baking my youth, one recipe at a time…. I enjoyed cooking and baking as a child and wrote the recipes that I made and liked to eat in this old book, which started in 1980ish. Some of the recipes came from old books and some from my mother. Only the ones I liked got written into the book ready to make again! Several years ago I had the opportunity to purchase an old wooden box at a local antique store. Upon opening the box I discovered about 1000 index cards.
