老樹社區關懷

我們只是茫茫人海中的六個大學生，但我們希望透過真誠的關懷，救活更多年老的大樹，僅此. 台北市花了100多億，強調環保、綠能的花博，但市內的的老樹卻無法完整保存! 65棵老樹現在已經死了1/3，連松山菸廠大巨蛋工地，有棵將近百年的老樟樹，因為種植地長期積水，現在根部潰爛垂死，議員痛批台北市已經成為老樹墳場。來到松山菸廠大巨蛋預定地，工程還在進行中，但眼前這棵大樹，枯灰色的樹幹矗立，卻沒有任何樹葉，說它是百年老樹，你相信嗎? 半死不活的老樹，還得用支架支撐，為了讓它長出枝芽，文化局想盡辦法刺激生長，還是沒路用。不僅如此，台北市有65株受保護老樹，因為工程需要移植，但移植地點不適合或排水不良，死了20株，高達1/3。文化局強調，7月底將開會討論，保護其他健康的老樹，只是看到這棵人瑞老樹，再聯想到強調環保、綠能的花博快要展開，實在很諷刺。一學期的專題關懷已經在期末告一個段落。感謝組員們接的互助與合作，也很感謝那些曾經為保護老樹付出的人們，但願我們這小小的行動能拋磚引玉。訂閱：文章 (Atom).
