No pictures taken in between while moulding the dough into the egg tart shells (hands too oily) and this is how it looked before baking! It was a fun experiment! Crusting up in the oven. Love the dozen symmetry. Me and my OCDs. All done with the baking! I will not believe the 70% filled instructions anymore - the tart can deal with more! Give it a shot!
