Fin og meget druetypisk duft af jordbær og roser sammen med kølig mint og kalkede/grusede mineraler. Smagen er let, men har fin, moden koncentration i frugten som er lige på nippet til at blive lidt vingummi-træls (kulturgær) men redes af en ok levende syre og et kækt tanningreb. Ingen tilsætninger, macereret 10 måneder i amphora. Lidt mere frugt er der smagen af slank abrikos, gulerødder og pomerans. Trentino - Alto Adige. Tirsdag den 21. april 2015. 2012 BattenfeldSpanier, Rheinhessen Riesling Hohen-Sülzen. Biodynamisk orts-riesling fra det sydlige Wonnegau i Rheinhessen. Efter noget luft blomstrer en vidunderlig riesling-duft frem med masser af kørvel og stjernefrugt sammen med nøddede aromaer af frisk kokos, nougat og safran. Velbalanceret og virkelig delikat i smagen, hvor kalkede mineraler holder strukturen oppe. Masser af frugt og syre og især en kanonflot finish hvor det vælter med safran.

Fin, ren duft af æblemos, hindbær, indersiden af appelsinskal, kridt, kringle, ruskind og salmiak. Kraftig mousse (gør sig ikke bedst i et fluteglas) og læskende struktur med tændt syre og saftig frugt af æble og appelsin.
