Efter noget luft blomstrer en vidunderlig riesling-duft frem med masser af kørvel og stjernefrugt sammen med nøddede aromaer af frisk kokos, nougat og safran. Velbalanceret og virkelig delikat i smagen, hvor kalkede mineraler holder strukturen oppe. Masser af frugt og syre og især en kanonflot finish hvor det vælter med safran.
