Unser Betrieb erstreckt sich über einen 11 Hektar großen Olivenhain mit ungefähr 2500 Bäume. Die Olivenanlage, die auf ungefähr 140 m über dem Meer liegt, hat ein Pflanzungsschema das eine Fläche von ungefähr 45 qm je Baum garantiert und das eine volle Sonnenstrahlung der Baumkronen ermöglicht, sowie eine einfachere und vollständige Bodenbearbeitung des anliegenden Baums, eine notwendige Prozedur die eine verbesserte Fruchtbarkeit und eine einfachere Nahrung gewährleistet.
