Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Last week the house was packed up and loaded onto the moving truck. We left Northern Virginia with tears in our eyes (at least I did! But were beyond excited about heading to St. Louis to meet George Matthew. The trip went amazingly well. The girls both had their moments, but overall were great travelers. After an overnight stay in Kentucky, we arrived in St Louis ready hold our newest family member! A St Louis trip isn't complete without a trip Ted Drewes.

Brook, Meredith, Vito, two cats, and a wee one. Thursday, February 23, 2012. Last week, I got to check something off my bucket list. I got to see George Strait in concert with my dad. It was so awesome! I attempted my mom's buttermilk bundt cake last weekend, and I was actually successful. That cake is dangerous! Sunday, August 12, 2012. We had an another amazing time in St. Louis! St Louis Zoo, Rock Climbing, The City Museum, The Magic House, St Louis Botanical Gardens. Oh, and our George. I don't have pictures of it all, but here are some highlights. If you go, remember to take knee pads, courage and someone like Cheech. Walk to Tower Grove Park. Nothing better than watching others love your kids. Upper Limits Indoor Climbing. She scaled the 35 foot wall multiple times. St Louis Botanical Gardens.

Thursday, April 28, 2011. Nothing like an egg hunt at 7:15am. One of the eggs managed to roll under the truck. I thought for sure Anna would be the one to go after it, but she was scared of a worm that was wiggling around close to it. Big sister to the rescue. She even gave the egg to Anna after she crawled out. It was after breakfast before the remembered their big baskets. The basket hunt lasted about 5 minutes.
