Me and my life. Wednesday, July 23, 2003. The latest from the BBC news. British Airways is pressing ahead with its swipe-card scheme. From listening to the reports tonight on 22.00 news, it seems we have a good old fashioned communications problem. Staff are a bit pi* ed off with having things 'done to them'.
