Oliver's Battery Primary School. Wednesday, 20 April 2016. Woodpeckers Stone Age Day. On Wednesday we had an amazing day learning all about the Stone Age. We came to school dressed up as Stone Age cave people, with lots of animal prints, mud and back-combed hair! In the morning we stuck paper under our tables and turned all the lights off to pretend we were in caves to complete our cave paintings. We also created Stone Age survival guides to give to our parents about how to live in the Stone Age.

Oliver's Battery Primary School. Wednesday, 2 December 2015. Portchester Castle Trip – Years 1 and 2. October we went to Portchester Castle. We are studying dungeons and dragons and we wanted to see a real castle with real dungeons. We got on the coach and it took us 40 minutes to get there. It was hot on the coach and we had to turn on the fans. My partner was Micah, and my partner was Poppy. When we got into the castle we dressed up as the King and Queen and servants, this was fun.
