I slide the tag onto the same little black box, and the same noise beeps me into the same space. Rarely am I the first one there. But when I am, I take the few seconds I am alone to think. I stand there in the same place and stare at the same spiral shaped dust stain on the wall. For those few seconds that I am alone, I don’t feel it.
