Tuesday, 24 February 2009. I am now looking for ideas on how to approach my double page spread so i have been looking at the conventions used in this NME spread. The Spread uses a Large image of the band on the left which ios typical of most spreads in music magazines because it shows the reader who the band are and can represent them in a certain way, for example this band are represented in a lazy, student way because maybe they are trying to attract these kind of Lazy people or students.
