Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate in the north-eastern part of the AOC Faugères appellation in central Languedoc, Southern France. It is run by Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, the 5th generation of locally-born wine-makers and today responsible for these 30 hectares of AOC Faugères vineyards. We produce an average of 1100 hectolitres. 800 hectolitres of red AOC FAUGERES. 240 hectolitres of rosé AOC FAUGERES.
