I am really focused. Again, and I am looking into joining my local gym and getting up early and going before work. The eating plan is back on track (except today, Lou in St Austell. Put on a big spread for a meeting! Anyway going for a quick bike ride, speak to you soon. And used about 15 of my 24 gears!

Isn't the Internet Amazing. 2 months and 24 days to go. Until the London Marathon and 6 weeks until the Silverstone. Half Marathon, Each week I'm increasing the length of the runs ( time wise. I ran an old route from last year which I hadn't tried this time around, from home to Crownhill. Police Station and back plus a loop of Saltash.

I completed the London Marathon in 5 hours 51 minutes and 7 seconds. So how was it. So much both of us missed the 19 mile point, but we were well chuffed when we suddenly came across the 20 mile marker, we decided to run for a bit at which point i left Stevo. Team who were awesome the sound of "here comes Snooky.

Another Marathon over. 5 Hours 19 Minutes and 25 seconds of sheer Pain and Ecstasy. 32 minutes faster than last year, so really chuffed.
