One Tonne Life 2. 於 四月 24, 2011. 本來不打算再續篇One Tonne Life了, 不過看完發現內容可以幫後面的文章鋪梗, 所以還是把最新幾段放上來吧:. 能源公司提供用戶自行選擇電力來源的權力, 只要打個電話就可以改變電力方案, 我喜歡Vattenfall代表拿捲尺表現碳排放的方式, 那兩個瑞典夫妻的互動也很有趣. 關於旅遊, 瑞典鐵路SJ也採用風力跟水力兩種永續能源做為動力來源, 減少碳排放, 難怪火車車廂上會印有 瑞典環保標章. 原來從首都Stockholm坐600公里火車到北方的Åre, 只需要一個家庭用1.5次吸塵器的碳排放呀…). 接著又回到食的問題, 煮食的時候其實有80%能量會從開放的鍋具中流失, 因此調理時應儘量蓋上鍋蓋, 一次調理多餐多人份也能節省能源, 在冰天雪地的瑞典冬季, 根莖類, 冷凍蔬果成為環保食材唯一選擇(在台灣是很幸福的). 做好除霜工作, 不要把冰箱門開太大, 冷凍食材留在冰箱內退冰, 也是節約能源的好方法, 片中還有可以偵測溫度, 自動調理的高科技爐具跟鍋具. 於 八月 28, 2010. 今天在老師的桌上看到Kuggen(齒輪)的建築平面圖, 平面圖上是帶有鋸齒的, 還真像大齒輪, 這棟Kuggen是Lindholmen這區正在蓋的新建築, 據說將來這棟新大樓會伸出兩個空橋連接Lindholmen Science Park與學校的教學大樓, 讓產業與學界有更好的結合(也是取名齒輪的用意). 聽說將來我們系也會搬進去, 還要再跟Ericsson弄個software center, 真的是很奢華的一票人…但那時我應該早畢業了. 圖片引用自 world buildings directory. Kuggen是一棟得獎的先進綠建築, 為了節省能源, 建築角度已經被特別計算過以維持適當光線的照射, 圓型的造型是為了減少表面積(大概能減少暖氣流失), 三角形的外牆可以使光線深入大樓中(不知道風水上如何), 另外還有太陽能驅動的遮陽板遮擋北歐強烈的東西曬, 號稱使用了瑞典最先進的建築科技. 車車的 HMI/MMI whatever…. 於 八月 3, 2011. 以前好像有提過一些汽車在車載資訊系統上可能的轉變跟法規限制, 最近則是看到了互動設計大師Cooper拿 福特的MyFordTouch 開刀. 的確, 這幾年消費者經過iPhone的訓練之後, 相關的知識變強了, 對Telematic 功能的期望也變高了, 不只要跟駕駛說行車路線, 最好是連找停車位或停車都包辦. 而在車子中控台上一個7吋的小空間要達成這麼多功能確實是不容易, 有時工程師更是會一時失心瘋,像BMW第一代iDrive一樣放進700多個功能. 站在汽車業的角度來講, 安全才是設計時的第一考量, 以駕駛安全為由出發的話, 資訊的提供勢必成為輔助駕駛人而非使其分心, 因為人類的心智處理能力是像CPU一樣有限的, 如果真要操作某需要思考的功能, 原則上還是請駕駛靠邊停車再完成吧! 附帶一提, 就算有免持耳機, 除非開車講電話能到說話不用大腦的程度, 否則一定會分心, 駕駛人要小心! 至於那些需要花腦筋思考或慢慢找的功能, 我甚至建議要鎖起來只有停車時才能使用. 自己的性命自己負責啊! 於 九月 24, 2010. 這週是公主蛋糕週, 街上聽說會有公主蛋糕的慈善特賣, 不過此公主非最近出嫁的那個公主, 根據 wikipedia. 的說法, 這種蛋糕是因為現任國王出生前, 皇室只有四個姐妹, 缺乏王位繼續人而發明的(? 然後我同學就興起說要自己做公主蛋糕… 因為看食譜還不難, 大致上這種蛋糕的材料超市都買的到, 只要組裝然後放進冰箱就行了…. 材料有覆盆子還有奶油,香草醬,蛋糕… 醬料打好後一層層疊上去. 最重要當然是那朵花, 我們找了半天才找到, 還在爭論這捲綠皮裡, 到底會不會附花…. 然後上面灑上糖粉就完成了….切開來就是這樣一層一層, 其實我同學做的挺好吃的, 因為瑞典甜食就是只有一個甜字而已, 吃到整陀沒拌開的糖都不誇張, 這一個口味剛好. 同場加映我有眼不識泰山的覆盆子, 以前我還以為是桑椹, 覆盆子跟藍莓都是一年四季在瑞典超市可見的高貴水果(冬天也要從南半球運過來), 這樣一盒就要台幣一百多了, 至於吃起來嘛…沒有口感, 只有香氣, 所以吃甜點也差不多啦….
