Thursday, February 26, 2015. February Fun (or lack thereof). This winter has seemed so long and brutal! Thursday, January 22, 2015. Our trip to Detroit. My brother-in-law, Tanner, is serving a 2 year church mission in Detroit, Michigan. He goes home in less than a week now, so Monday we went and visited him. Monday, April 20, 2015. April 10, 2015. The kids and I had another fun trip to Avon Lake to spend the day with my grandparents. We had fun playing at their library, having lunch with them, visiting the Bay Science Center, and eating some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever tasted. Jake and McKenna really enjoyed all the impressive activities at the library. I played there as a kid too! The Bay Science Center was also a big hit! And I feel like a lucky mommy! Saturday, October 26, 2013. Being on the East Coast for fall reminds me why I love it so much! The leaves here are GORGEOUS and the weather is (typically) fantastic and there are so many fun things to do! Playing in the leaves. Making Halloween sugar cookies. Making caramel apples (some were an epic fail and others turned out pretty good! And spending every last minute we can outside! But this last week has been FREEZING and I am going to die this winter!
