This is the same process with a KRK speaker. Examine the original speaker condition. Clean and scrape old material and adhesive from the speaker. Open the dust cap. We'll save it for re-. Glue the surround to the cone (after getting everything clean). Allow it to cure. Glue the surround to the frame and the gaskets to the surround. Clamp everything together. Place the Spider on the voice coil former so it just contacts the frame. Set the cone on the spider so the surround touches the frame. Glue the spider to the voice coil. Tack the cone to the voice coil. Glue the spider to the frame and the surround to the frame. Apply even pressure to hold everything in place as the glue sets. Attach the lead wires to the voice coil wires and terminal strip. Glue voice coil to cone and seal lead wires. Attach the dust cap and apply sealer to the surround.
