The Things We Do. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Not in a while. I really have not been blogging in for-ev-er! So i'm down to 138lbs and counting :) My son weened himself a month ago so now its time to workout and get it done! I've never really had to loose weight so this is a new thing to me. The Things We Do. Sunday, November 23, 2008. Since I stopped running and going to the gym all the time, I stopped weighing and measuring myself. Then just last week got the itch to weigh myself. Stupid! I knew what was coming and went and did it anyway! 5lbs Not lost, but found. found its way BACK onto my body. humpf! I guess I just have to "smile and wave" "smile and wave"- oh! And laugh it off as much as I can! Still not doing much. Both of us have been sick [for almost a month! Monday, November 3, 2008.

Today's run was fly by the seat of your pants day. I ran this morning purely by acciedent [I had planned to run this evening] But a new client wanted to meet today in the evening!
