Sleeps eight people, four double bedrooms all leading onto a covered patio with views of the river. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite (spa bath and shower), vanity, under floor heating and is located at one end of the house. The middle portion of the house has a large open plan living area. Situated separately...

Generous lawns surround the house for outdoor activities such as petanque, badminton and volleyball, plus there is a trampoline and swing. A short walk down the hill takes you to the river, which at high tide is ideal for swimming, sailing or kayaking. There are two kayaks and a dinghy available for guests to use, plus life jackets.

From the 20th December to January 20th the minimum night stay is 4 nights. A Minimum tariff of $340 per night applies during this time. Turn off state highway 1. at the lights and follow the signs for Matakana. Approximately 10 kms. At Matakana round-about take the 2nd exit, ( straight ahead) follow signs for Leigh, Goat Island. Have a safe Journey.
