Oily fish are high in the essential fatty acid. Which is found in high amounts in oily fish and in smaller amounts in raw almonds, walnuts and avocado. We simply do not have sufficient amounts of these foods in our diets to maintain the required levels of omega 3 our body's need to keep many conditions at bay. Will help to control heart disease.
