Friday, 10 August 2012. The Procurer is our first ship up and it is surprisingly strong now. The built in tank and medium slots means mining upgrades work very well on this ship. The resists are low but for high sec work this baby is looking really strong. If I had to pick one ship to use for mining in high sec I think the Procurer will be that choice.
