Thursday, August 8, 2013. Today I feel sad. As I went to the mosque for the morning of hari raya prayers, amidst the noise and excitement and the recitation of the takbir. I realised I was alone. While everyone else had siblings and fathers around them, I rolled solo. At that moment I had a sudden realisation. It has been 18 years since that my dad was around for raya.
