Session 1: Group 3 OMLI. Thursday, July 28, 2011. Daniel July 28, 2011. Yesterday we went to the beach. A word of advise would be to stay out of the water because it is very very cold. The water is ice cold. After about ten secounds you start to loose feeling in your legs. After I went into the water I ran back onto the beach and I buried myself under the sand. First we started of with some ground exercises and then we got to go on the elements. At first I was feeling really excited about going up on the elements but when we were getting instructed for it I started feeling nervous. This is me to the left. Then we went to eat breakfast then got ready to go to the beach. The first thing we did though was that we went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. We saw all kinds of sea animals and it was pretty fun.
