With summer here we have noticed that doughnut or squashed peaches are all the rage this summer, move over strawberries the peaches are here! After sampling them we have to admit they are very tasty in this hot weather but we are not complaining. We also like that the variety is UFO 4. Now that it is decidedly winter here is a nice warming cupcake! These little cakes are bursting with flavour - Apple, Maple and cinnamon cupcakes - with a lemon creme fraiche icing!
