Hearty with just a touch of sweetness, they are the perfect accompaniment to just about any meat-heavy entree. From that point forward, I dreamed of someday taking a trip on an Amtrak. I told my husband about that dream a few months ago and the next thing I knew, we were looking at a route map, deciding where our final destination would be. It was awesome to be able to take a look through history to see how the route has changed over the years.
