Where To Find Us. 200 hr Teacher Training. 200 hr Teacher Training. The OmTown Yoga Teacher Training. Is designed to be an intimate and comprehensive certification program for aspiring teachers and serious students looking to deepen their practice. Upon graduation, students will be equipped to teach Hatha. And Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Upon completion, each new teacher will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. The program will be co-taught by April Kuramoto and Stephanie Green. Fridays 5:30 - 9:30pm.

Come into class 15min before the class is scheduled to start to make purchases. A discount of 10% is offered to students for all passes. (Exception is there is no additional discount on the two month unlimited intro special.). Please note - Unlimited passes and class passes do not apply to Workshops, Series and Trainings. Having entered into a new age category earlier this year, I managed to win quite a few races in my age division. I also pushed through a selection of fitness challenges, which were fun! But my favorite event during this period was my Nanaimo Bar Trail Run: it kept me on a consistent running schedule and very much in the Nanaimo tourism loop.
