Sparkling wine is a wine with significant levels of carbon dioxide in it making it fizzy. The carbon dioxide may result from natural fermentation, either in a bottle, as with the méthode champenoise, in a large tank designed to withstand the pressures involved (as in the Charmat process), or as a result of carbon dioxide injection. While Dom Perignon is often credited with inventing Champagne, he actually spent most of his life trying to prevent the wine from developing bubbles.

The Sphinx is a natural rock formation in the Bucegi Mountains in Romania. It is located at an altitude of 2,216 metres (7,270 ft), a 10-minute walk from the Babele. The image of the sphinx appeared when the rock, having an 8 m height and a 12 m width, was watched from a certain angle. Our logo and name are inspired by Omu Peak and the Sphinx witch is nearby the peak of the mountain. We do no recommend the use of alcohol while camping or hiking. When you reach the top of the mountain you need to celebrate.
