Monday, November 28, 2011. We had a wonderful last week, and here are three pictures for you. Above is our annual picture with Santa Claus at Fantasy of Trees. I think it turned out pretty cute. :) Both kids talked to Santa, and Josiah even hugged him at the end of the photo shoot. So super sweet. Tuesday, November 15, 2011. I am so incredibly thankful for my job that allows me the flexibility to work and still be present for my children's classroom activities. I had the opportunity to do a craft with Josiah's class last Friday. One of the things we made was a Christmas door hanger. Kids had fun. I did, too! Above is Josiah, Tucker, Isaac, and Riley. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Last night, after enjoying his supper since he no longer had to worry about his loose tooth hurting with each bite, Josiah was eager to place his tooth in the tooth fairy pillow. So, please excuse the extra food on his clothing and face! He's still cute, even with the extra food, lol! My two proud kiddos, showing off their pillows. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Today we celebrated Mackenzie's 7th birthday and Lauren's 6th birthday with a double party at the pool. What fun! The two girls who share a birthday, one year apart exactly, had been planning this double party for over a year now. I believe today was a success for everyone. The kids really seemed to have a great time swimming and playing together. Between the two girls, there were almost 30 kids at the party today! Thank you to all who attended and helped celebrate with us.

Friday, November 18, 2011. It's official. The kids are out of school for Thanksgiving break! I joined Mackenzie's class for their party this afternoon. Mackenzie did a great job of quoting her memorized lines for the Thanksgiving program that her class did in the room. I am proud of how well she did! Above is Shaun and Mackenzie. Monday, February 21, 2011. This is my random update post! Mackenzie is cutting her 6 year molars. She is almost 6 1/2 years old and now weighs 50 lbs and is 47 3/4 inches tall. Josiah is almost 4 3/4 years old and weighs 41 lbs and is 43 3/4 inches tall. They are growing like crazy! Josiah is learning to read real sentences and brings books home from school.
