Hello all - on my weigh. I just wanna live. Jul 13th, 2005 12:59 am. I just wanna live. I just wanted to check in and say I'm doing much better than the last time I posted here. I've made a few changes that seem to be working well, at least thus far. I am not counting calories, or writing everything down. Let me clarify, I'm not officially. I'm at 182 now, by the way.

OK, so I finally made a link between my binges and watching tv on the sofa. I realized that is when I am most likely to lose control. I will sit in a chair across the room, sit in another room completely, or, if other options aren't available, I will stand up to eat (I heard a lot of actors and models do that, actually). So, perhaps (and hopefully) I've put on some muscle.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack. - on my weigh. I just wanna live. Feb 15th, 2009 09:01 pm. I just wanna live. Well, quite a lot has happened since I was here last. I met a wonderful man named Mike in February of 2006. We married in May of 2007. I became pregnant that June (yeah, quick, much? Gained 45 pounds while pregnant (245 by the end). Had my baby girl in February of '08. Came home from the hospital at 225. Now back at 235. Joy. Baby turned one on Friday. Got a Wii Fit yesterday!

On my weigh.again. A blog to replace food cravings. RIGHT! Thanks to a life full of diets, I've dieted myself up to my highest weight in my life! So I'm going back to the one plan that worked - low carb - and I'm going to do it right(er) this time. wish me luck. Monday, June 13, 2011. So in the past month, I lost over 6% of my bodyweight. yay!
