I am traveling down a new path, hopefully back to wellness. Please, join me. Sunday, April 4, 2010. Yesterday, my family had it's Easter Dinner. It was yummy and I was able to easily eat within my guidelines. I had a few ounces of ham, 3 baby carrots, a tiny amount of cabbage with onion, and half of a dinner roll. I used a few sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. Plus there are 4 grams of protein, since it uses lots of egg whites. I ate it plain and it was delicious! Posted by Beverly Tilton.

They found me to be vitamin D deficient. This isn't really a surprising result since I live as a hermit in sun deprived Maine. Along with the test results, there was a prescription for 50,000 IU.
