Friday, October 31, 2014. The kids are going with an insect theme this year. We usually let Charlotte decide what she wants to be and the others follow. Caroline is just starting to have a say so next year will be interesting! Charlotte is a purple butterfly, Caroline a ladybug and Killian is a bumblebee! Tuesday, March 31, 2015. This morning Caroline was busy building towers and such. Then they crashed all over the floor. Guess who picked them all up? Killian didn't sleep last night. I went to bed at 8:15 (was sound asleep! And it was a good thing since Killian was up from 11:45-3. He goes in spurts of yelling and then quiets down. It's really fun. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Sunday morning started out at about 5:50 for the girls and I. I kept them in our room until about 6:30 when we headed down to see Grammy and Papa. I went to make myself coffee and realized there was no sugar! So the girls and I went for a walk to the little convenience store to get some! Charlotte only came because she could ride in the stroller. It was all fun and games until Caroline got up and Charlotte went toppling over! It was hot on Sunday! Charlotte dug for rocks and shells.

Monday, November 3, 2014. While the weather is still nice (and at this point nice means anything above 45 and not snowing), we have been trying to take advantage of some outside time after school. Killian is not a fan of wearing a hat but he actually left his on today for about the first half hour! Saturday, February 28, 2015. This morning Chris and I actually got to sleep in which was so nice! The girls played with Caroline's birthday presents, and then we got ready to take Caroline to see Paddington Bear at the movies. It was Caroline's first movie theatre trip and she loved it! Wednesday, April 15, 2015. I have been terrible about blogging, I will go back and update past days but will get back in with today! It was another beautiful day! Friday, July 31, 2015. Last weekend we decided to take the kids to the local Firemans Carnival. We went a couple years ago, and I think we decided we wouldn't do it again, but here we are! Next Killian went on the firetrucks. He laughed and smiled the whole time, then screamed and screamed when the ride ended! We couldn't talk Caroline into the swings, but Charlotte didn't care, she wanted to go and she went alone. She loved every second! Caroline just loved her hat and ringing the bell constantly!

Saturday, January 31, 2015. Today was a day filled with birthday parties! Before Charlotte got ready to go she dressed up for her version of Taylor Swift singing at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. We may have let her watch Taylor's performance. Luckily she added clothes to her outfit for her runway walk! They also kept getting sidetracked by the video games. I got sucked into playing a game with a few other parents and I turned around to check on Charlotte and found her at the shooting arcade game!

Friday, August 14, 2015. Killian loves playing with the hose. He loves watering the grass and spraying whatever he can. This afternoon we got the hose out to fill up the kiddie pool. Instead it turned into an hour of Killian drinking, splashing and spraying water. It's a good thing we don't pay for our water! The girls thought it was fun to try and not get sprayed. The three of us ended up doing quite a bit of screaming and running from Killian! The fun ended when he dropped the hose and it got him!

Saturday, June 27, 2015. We try and get to pick all different berries throughout the summer, and Strawberries were first up! We headed down to the farm close to us, just planning to pick a few to eat. We were going to leave the jam making up to grandma! The kids got their baskets and set off into the patch. Chris made the mistake of tossing a bad strawberry and Killian saw him. Killian spent the rest of the time throwing strawberries. He did eat a couple too. Charlotte was a great picker and very serious!
